Broadcast policy for AI-generated PrismRadio tracks

What PrismRadio broadcasts

PrismRadio airs tracks produced through PrismPoster by community creators. Rotation may also include tracks produced by PrismPoster itself (house and showcase content); the opt-in requirement described below applies to tracks by independent community creators. Broadcast candidates must be public and approved before they can enter rotation. Tracks that appear to incorporate protected lyrics, samples, or recognizable third-party melodies are removed from the broadcast pool.

PrismPoster does not claim copyright ownership over purely AI-generated tracks aired on PrismRadio. Community creators receive prompt credit and are subject to PrismPoster terms, acceptable use rules, and platform policies.

Airplay is a separate, explicit creator opt-in (off by default) and can be turned off at any time. PrismRadio and its YouTube Live and Twitch simulcasts may be monetized by PrismPoster — for example through advertising, channel memberships, or subscriptions. The broadcast license is royalty-free: creators are not compensated for airplay.

Content ID and claims

Automated audio matching can identify waveform similarity, but a match is not by itself a legal ownership determination. PrismPoster reviews claims, removes tracks when required, and may dispute mistaken claims where the track is fully AI-generated and no protected lyrics, samples, or melodies were used.

Removal policy

• A plausibly valid DMCA notice or platform copyright claim.
• Copyrighted lyrics, vocal samples, or recognizable melodies identified by review.
• Misleading use of trademarks or creator identity.
• A creator request to delist their own public track from broadcast rotation.
