What is the difference between Fit and Fill?
Fit keeps the whole picture and adds bars (letterbox or pillarbox) to reach the target ratio — nothing is lost. Fill scales the picture until it covers the frame and crops the overflow; the pan slider chooses which part survives.
What do the safe-zone overlays show?
Only what a platform publishes. For Instagram Reels the overlay dims the top 14%, the bottom 35% and 6% on each side, the figures in Meta's ads guide. Which ratios and image formats are supported?
