1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out prohibited uses of the PrismPoster Service. Violation of this Policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use PrismPoster to generate, promote, or distribute content that includes:
- Hate speech: Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity (e.g., race, religion, gender, sexual orientation).
- Sexual violence & non-consensual content: Any content depicting sexual violence, non-consensual sexual acts, or non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real individuals. Creating an AI likeness of a real person is permitted only with that person's verified consent through Creator Cast — see our Biometric Data Policy.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Strictly prohibited. We remove confirmed CSAM and report it to the relevant authorities as required by law, including Estonian law enforcement and applicable EU reporting channels, as well as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where appropriate.
- Violence & self-harm: Content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages suicide, self-harm, or acts of violence.
- Harassment: Content intended to harass, bully, or threaten individuals.
- Disinformation: Content intended to mislead, defraud, or deceive others (e.g., fake news, medical misinformation, political interference).
3. Generation-specific restrictions
To comply with our upstream generation providers, you adhere to the following restrictions:
- No automated decisions: Do not use the Service to make automated decisions that may have legal or significant effects on individuals (e.g., hiring, lending, medical diagnosis).
- No reverse engineering: You may not use the Service to discover the underlying models, weights, or training data.
- Disclosure: You should not represent AI-generated content as being wholly human-generated if it is reasonable to expect a person would believe otherwise.
- AI provenance: Every export from PrismPoster carries embedded machine-readable AI-provenance metadata, and video rendered through the timeline editor additionally carries a cryptographic C2PA signature. These markings are machine-readable only; PrismPoster does not apply a visible AI label to exports, so where a person seeing the content would need to be told it is AI-generated, that disclosure is yours to make when you publish it. You may not remove, alter, or obscure the AI-disclosure markings PrismPoster applies.
4. Enforcement
We use automated provider safety filters together with user reporting and review to enforce this Policy. If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may:
- Remove the offending content.
- Suspend your ability to generate new content.
- Permanently terminate your account without a refund.
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
5. Reporting violations
If you encounter content generated by PrismPoster that violates this policy, please report it to us immediately at safety@prismposter.com.
