Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

PrismPoster harnesses powerful Generative AI models. With this power comes the responsibility to ensure our tools are used safely and ethically. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines prohibited uses of our Service. Violation of this Policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use PrismPoster to generate, promote, or distribute content that includes:

• Hate Speech: Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity (e.g., race, religion, gender, sexual orientation).
• Sexual Violence & Non-Consensual Content: Any content depicting sexual violence, non-consensual sexual acts, or deepfakes of real individuals.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Strictly prohibited. We will report any such content to the NCMEC and relevant authorities immediately.
• Violence & Self-Harm: Content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages suicide, self-harm, or acts of violence.
• Harassment: Content intended to harass, bully, or threaten individuals.
• Disinformation: Content intended to mislead, defraud, or deceive others (e.g., fake news, medical misinformation, political interference).

3. AI-Specific Restrictions

To comply with our upstream AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic), you adhere to the following restrictions:

• No Automated Decisions: Do not use our AI to make automated decisions that may have legal or significant effects on individuals (e.g., hiring, lending, medical diagnosis).
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not use the Service to discover the underlying models, weights, or training data.
• Disclosure: You should not represent AI-generated content as being wholly human-generated if it is reasonable to expect a person would believe otherwise.

4. Enforcement

We employ both automated systems and human review to detect violations of this Policy. If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may:

• Remove the offending content.
• Suspend your ability to generate new content.
• Permanently terminate your account without a refund.
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
