DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

PrismPoster hosts user-published work across community surfaces such as Discover, public profiles, and PrismRadio. Copyright notices should be sent to the contact below with enough detail for us to locate and review the material.

Designated contact

Send copyright and other DMCA notices to dmca@prismposter.com with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), as listed below.

General support requests should still go to support@prismposter.com.

What to include

A complete notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material on PrismPoster that you believe is infringing, including the URL or enough information for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information, including email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Review target

Our operational target is to review complete copyright notices within 72 hours and remove or disable access to material when appropriate. Incomplete notices may require follow-up before action can be taken.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@prismposter.com that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a competent court for the address you provide, or — where you are outside the United States — to the courts of Estonia where PrismLabs OÜ is established.

Where the originally removed material was hosted in the United States, it may be restored in 10–14 business days after we receive a complete counter-notice, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat infringers

PrismPoster may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly publish material that is removed after valid notices.
