Does PrismPoster post to my social accounts for me?

No. PrismPoster creates and exports content; it never posts, schedules, or auto-publishes to social platforms. You download your finished files and post them yourself.

Who is PrismPoster for?

It is built for creators, founders, marketers, podcasters, and musicians — anyone turning a single source into images, video, or music. The public launch is single-user.

Is PrismPoster like Canva?

No. Canva is a manual template and design tool. PrismPoster generates and edits content with AI from a prompt or source, rather than starting from blank templates.

Do I own what I generate, and can I use it commercially?

You own the inputs you provide — your prompts and any sources you upload. For the AI-generated output itself, PrismPoster passes through to you whatever rights the systems that produced it grant, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that AI output is protectable by copyright or free of third-party rights, so review anything before commercial use. Your right to use an output follows the Terms. If you release work to Discover or PrismRadio, you keep ownership and grant only a limited licence to display it publicly.

Do I have to give my real name to sign up?

No. Signup only asks for an @username, email, and password. A real name is intentionally not collected at registration for GDPR data minimization. A billing name is captured later at checkout if you subscribe.

What do I get for free when I sign up?

You get free trial credits and access to the Image Studio, Music Studio, and Video Studio on the Free plan. The Free plan is the evaluation path — there is no separate paid trial. Video generation is credit-gated rather than tier-locked, so your 200 shared starter credits stretch to roughly 50 seconds of 360p video, or about 20 seconds at 720p. The 1080p and 4K rungs, and a larger video allowance, come with Creator and above. Generated media consumes real credits as soon as it is produced.

What if my verification email never arrives?

Check your spam folder first. If it still has not arrived, see the email verification article or contact support@prismposter.com.

Which studio should I try first?

Start with the Image Studio or Music Studio — both are on the Free plan and work with your trial credits. Video is available on the Free plan too, but it is the most credit-intensive type: the 200 shared starter credits stretch to roughly 50 seconds of 360p video, or about 20 seconds at 720p, so image or music still go further while you are learning. Premium 1080p and 4K are offered on Free too, but they cost far more than 200 credits hold, so the credits and the larger monthly video allowance to reach them come with the Creator plan and above.
