Does PrismPoster post to my social accounts for me?
No. PrismPoster creates and exports content; it never posts, schedules, or auto-publishes to social platforms. You download your finished files and post them yourself.
Who is PrismPoster for?
It is built for people animating a photo, creators making Shorts, Reels and TikToks, and musicians who need a song and a video for it. The public launch is single-user.
Is PrismPoster like Canva?
No. Canva is a manual template and design tool. PrismPoster generates and edits content with AI from a prompt or source, rather than starting from blank templates.
Do I own what I generate, and can I use it commercially?
You own the inputs you provide — your prompts and any sources you upload. For the AI-generated output itself, PrismPoster passes through to you whatever rights the systems that produced it grant, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that AI output is protectable by copyright or free of third-party rights, so review anything before commercial use. Your right to use an output follows the Terms. If you publish work to your public profile, you keep ownership and grant only a limited licence to display it publicly.
Do I have to give my real name to sign up?
No. Signup only asks for an @username, email, and password. A real name is intentionally not collected at registration for GDPR data minimization. A billing name is captured later at checkout if you buy a credit pack.
What do I get for free when I sign up?
New PrismPoster accounts get 200 free starter credits in many countries, with no card. The grant is not offered in Belarus, where the first credit pack is the entry, or in the countries PrismPoster cannot sell to. Unused starter credits expire 24 hours after they are granted. Where the grant is offered, it stretches to six 4-second 360p clips or two 6-second 720p clips, and every account can open the Image, Music, and Video studios. The 1080p and 4K sizes unlock with a plan or a credit pack, and the whole Premium video engine comes with Creator and above.
What if my verification email never arrives?
Check your spam folder first. If it still has not arrived, see the email verification article or contact support@prismposter.com.
Which studio should I try first?
Start with the Image Studio or Music Studio — both work on a free account with your starter credits. Video is available on a free account too, but it is the most credit-intensive type: the 200 shared starter credits stretch to six 4-second 360p clips or two 6-second 720p clips, so image or music still go further while you are learning. Standard 1080p and 4K, and the whole Premium video engine with takes up to 30 seconds, open with any credit pack.
