By creating an account, accessing, or using PrismPoster (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description & Use

2.1 License to Use

2.2 AI Content Generation

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text, images, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• Accuracy: AI may produce content that is inaccurate, offensive, or hallucinated. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
• Originality: AI generation is probabilistic. We cannot guarantee that content generated for you will not be similar to content generated for other users.
• Ownership: As between you and us, you own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated, to the extent permitted by law. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest in and to the output.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual content.
• Generate hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Billing

Paid features require a subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its "PrismPoster" name, logo, design, code, and architecture, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [COMPANY_NAME] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT THAT IS INACCURATE OR INFRINGING;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [COMPANY_NAME] and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
