Free vs paid account: what a credit pack adds

PrismPoster has no subscription plans. There are two kinds of account: free, and paid — and an account becomes paid the moment it completes any credit purchase, however small. Both use every creation studio — Image, Video, Music, and Magic Edit — and every generation costs the same credits on both. A paid account adds the whole Premium video engine, Standard video at 1080p and 4K, publishing to your public profile, and no visible AI label on work that does not use a real person's likeness. Credit packs start at €3.99 and purchased credits never expire.

What does a free account include?

Every creation studio. In many countries you start with 200 starter credits, a one-time grant that expires 24 hours after it is granted; it is not offered in Belarus. On the Standard engine, 200 credits cover six 4-second 360p clips at 30 credits each, or two 6-second 720p clips at 96 each. Free renders Standard video up to 720p.

Free also includes one try of the Premium engine: a 5-second draft at 480p, paid from your credits. A free account can make up to three songs, and carries a visible “AI-generated” label on every generation. Commercial use is allowed on every account, free included.

What does buying a credit pack add?

Any completed pack purchase opens:

• the whole Premium video engine — takes up to 30 seconds, every Premium size, reference clips and tracks, changing and growing clips;
• Standard video at 1080p and 4K;
• publishing to your public profile;
• no visible AI label on non-likeness work.

These stay open after the credits are spent — the purchase is what counts, not the balance.

Do credits work differently on a paid account?

No. Every account draws from the same shared credit pool at the same prices. See credit costs by type. The only difference is where credits come from: starter credits expire 24 hours after they are granted, and purchased credits never expire.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which account do I need for video?

Standard video works on a free account up to 720p. The whole Premium engine and Standard 1080p and 4K open with any credit pack. Without one you can try Premium once with a 5-second 480p draft.

Is there a monthly or yearly plan?

No. PrismPoster sells one-off credit packs only. If you bought a subscription before 29 September 2026, you can still manage or cancel it in Settings → Billing.

What is the cheapest way to open everything?

Are Business or Enterprise plans available?

No. Every account is single-user and pays through the same credit packs.
