Credit packs: one-time top-ups
Credit packs are one-time top-ups. When your monthly allotment runs low — say a big video session ate through it — you can buy a pack to add credits to your shared balance right away. Packs are a single purchase, not a subscription, so buying one does not change your plan or your monthly renewal. Paid plans get a discount on packs versus what Free users pay. What is a credit pack?
A credit pack is a fixed amount of credits you buy once. The credits land in your balance and you spend them like any others — on images, video, music, or edits. There is no separate pack balance to track; packs simply top up the one shared pool described in how credits work.
Does buying a pack change my plan?
No. A pack is a top-up, not an upgrade. Your plan, your monthly allotment, and your renewal date all stay the same. If you find you regularly run out, upgrading your plan may be cheaper than buying packs often — compare in plans compared.
Do paid plans get a discount on packs?
Yes. If you are on Creator, Pro, or Apex, packs cost less than they do on Free. The discounted prices are shown on /pricing when you are signed in.
When should I buy a pack instead of upgrading?
Buy a pack when you have an occasional spike — one heavy week of video — and your plan otherwise fits. Upgrade when you consistently need more credits, more storage, longer history, priority generation, or Studio Pro, since those come with the higher plans rather than with packs.
Are unused pack credits refundable?
Credit packs are refundable only while completely unused. Once you have spent any of a pack's credits, that pack is considered consumed and is no longer refundable. See refunds for the full policy.
