Credit packs: how you buy credits
Credit packs are how you buy credits on PrismPoster. There is no subscription: a pack is a single, one-off payment, and the credits land in your shared balance right away. Purchased credits never expire. There are six sizes, from 200 credits for €3.99 up to 13,000, and any completed pack opens every studio and the whole Premium video engine. Which pack sizes are there?
- Refill — 200 credits, €3.99
- Spark — 650 credits, €9.99
- Flare — 1,450 credits, €21.99
- Plus — 2,800 credits, €41.99
- Power — 5,800 credits, €85.99
- Studio — 13,000 credits, €191.99
Larger packs cost less per credit. The credits go into the same shared pool every studio draws from — images, Standard and Premium video, music, and edits. There is no separate pack balance to track; see how credits work.
Is there an offer on my first pack?
Yes. If you have never bought a pack, your first Refill is 25% off. The offer applies once per account and only to the Refill; every later pack, and every other size, is at the normal price. Wherever the offer applies, the pack shows its offer price before you buy.
Does a pack unlock anything?
Yes. Any completed pack purchase, of any size, makes your account a paid account, and that opens:
- the whole Premium video engine — takes up to 30 seconds, every Premium size, reference clips and tracks, changing and growing clips;
- Standard video at 1080p and 4K, which free accounts see but cannot pick;
- publishing to your public profile;
- no visible AI label on work that does not use a real person's likeness.

Is there a subscription or auto top-up?
No. PrismPoster has no subscription and no auto top-up. You are charged only when you complete a checkout for a pack yourself. See is there a subscription?.
Are unused pack credits refundable?
Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, in cash to your original payment method. If you've used some of a pack, the still-unused balance is refunded; only credits already spent on a generation are not. See refunds for the full policy.

Do purchased credits expire?
No — purchased credits never expire while your account is open. Only free starter credits expire, 24 hours after they are granted. See how credits work.
Can I use the first-pack offer more than once?
No. The 25% offer applies to your first Refill only, once per account. After any completed pack purchase, packs are at the normal price.
Will buying a pack sign me up for anything?
No. A pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
