Free vs paid account: what a credit pack adds
Free accounts get every studio and starter credits in most regions. Any one-off credit pack opens the Premium engine, 1080p and 4K, and publishing.
Credit packs: how you buy credits
Credit packs are one-off purchases from 200 to 13,000 credits, from €3.99. Purchased credits never expire, and any pack opens the Premium engine.
Why there is no yearly plan
PrismPoster has no monthly or yearly plan. Credit packs are one-off and purchased credits never expire, so there is no annual commitment to save on.
Is there a subscription? No — how paying works
PrismPoster has no subscription. You buy one-off credit packs from €3.99, purchased credits never expire, and there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds & your 14-day right of withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Unused credits are refundable in cash; only the part you have actually used is deducted.
Payment methods and checkout
Card everywhere; Apple Pay and Google Pay outside India; UPI in India, Pix in Brazil, Cash App Pay in the US and Bancontact for packs in Belgium.
