Refunds & your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. Within that window, unused credits and the unused part of a subscription are refundable in real money to your original payment method. Only the part you have actually used is deducted — never the unused balance. After 14 days, the standard cancellation terms apply. You can start a refund with the button at the bottom of this page.
How long do I have?
14 days from the day of purchase (the day the contract is concluded). This is a statutory right and cannot be shortened. A longer or more generous review is always fine, but the 14 days stand regardless of any other clause.
Credit packs
- Unused credits are always refundable in cash within 14 days — credits are a means of payment, so an untouched balance comes straight back to your card.
- If you have used some of a pack, you are refunded the still-unused balance. Spending one credit never forfeits the rest. Only credits you actually spent on a generation are non-refundable, and only because you asked to start using them immediately and acknowledged that at checkout.
Subscriptions
Within 14 days you can be refunded for the unused remainder of the current period — the part you have already used (time and credits) is kept. Cancelling and refunding are separate: cancel anytime in Settings → Plan & Billing to stop future charges; use the button below for an in-window refund. See change or cancel your plan.
How the money comes back
Refunds are paid in real money to the payment method you used, through Stripe — never as re-added credits. We email you a confirmation for your records.
Is there a free trial instead?
Yes — the Free plan is the evaluation path. There is no separate paid Pro trial. Anything you generate on Free still consumes real credits and is real, exportable output.

I used one credit from a pack — is the rest gone?
No. The unused credits in that pack are still refundable in cash within 14 days. Only the credits you actually spent are non-refundable.
