Change or cancel your plan
You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are billed prorated, so you pay or get credited for the difference based on where you are in the cycle. Cancelling is self-service — no calls, no retention forms. When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your generated content and saved assets stay in your account as read-only and remain exportable from the Library. Resubscribing restores full access.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Open Settings → Plan & Billing and pick the plan you want. The change applies immediately. Billing is prorated: upgrading mid-cycle charges the difference for the remaining days, and downgrading credits you accordingly. Your monthly credit allotment adjusts to the new plan. How do I cancel?

What happens to my content after I cancel?
Nothing is deleted by cancelling. Once your paid period ends, your generated content and saved assets remain in your account as read-only and stay exportable from the Library. You can still download what you made; you just cannot generate new paid work until you resubscribe. Every export keeps its visible AI label and embedded provenance metadata.
Will I lose my credits or history when I downgrade?
Your shared balance carries over, but your monthly allotment changes to match the new plan from the next cycle. Lower plans also have shorter history retention and less storage, so very old generation history may fall outside the new plan's window. Review the differences in plans compared before downgrading.
Can I get money back when I cancel?
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself issue a refund for the current period. Refunds are reviewed separately and only within a limited window. See refunds for who qualifies and what gets deducted.
