Why is video generation locked on my plan?
If the Video Studio is greyed out or asks you to upgrade, that is expected on the Free plan. Video generation requires the Creator plan or above. The Free plan includes the Image Studio and Music Studio, but text-to-video, image-to-video, and the timeline editor unlock once you move to Creator, Pro, or Apex. To start making video, upgrade your plan from Settings, then open the Video Studio. Here is exactly how that works and what each plan adds.
Why can't I generate video on the Free plan?
The Free plan is the no-cost way to evaluate PrismPoster's image and music tools. Video is not part of it. To use the Video Studio — text-to-video, image-to-video, end-frame, director mode, cast references, and the multi-track timeline editor — you need a paid plan starting at Creator.
The Free plan still gives you plenty to try: text-to-image with cinema modes in the Image Studio, full Magic Edit, and the Music Studio.
How do I unlock video?
Upgrade to Creator or higher.

- Confirm checkout through Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
- Open the Video Studio — it is now available.
